Design: JISB 6339 (MAS-BT), form AD/B, from alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened 58 ± 2 HRC. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Concentricity: < 0.001mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 15000 min -1 . Application: For mounting tools with cylindrical shank in collets accor- ding to DIN 6499 (ER), slim design. Supplied: Collet chuck cpl. with clamping nut. Note: Suitable tensioning nuts are found on Ç 3/93.

Precision HG chuck

Design: JISB 6339 (MAS-BT), form AD/B, precision balanced. From alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Hardened 60 -2 HRC. All functional surfaces machined. Taper tolerance: AT3. Concentricity: < 0.003 mm on the tool (3 x d). Shank tolerance: h6. Balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min -1 . Application: For high-precision clamping tools with cylindrical shank using special collets. Very well suited for high-speed machining. Supplied: HG Clamping chuck with clamping screw and pull-out hook, without collet.
