Steel construction screw clamp

Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally opti- mised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket made of forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel; smooth-running spindle with rolled, strain-hardened and phosphate-treated trapezoidal thread. Heat-resistant, high-performance pressure plate with large ball coupling, can be pivoted up to 35° and replaced, with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert. With inserted locking handle and hexagonal bolt for clamping with spanners, socket wrenches, torque wrenches or ratchets. Application: Especially for clamping forces up to 22 kN . As such, it can be used for all metal processing and in steel construction.

High-performance clamp KombiKlamp

Design: Fixed and mobile bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of heat- treatable special steel. With variable clamping attachment – fits all round, oval and angular items with internal and external angles of 60°. Simple conversion to strutting. Removable end- stop for quick resetting of the mobile bracket. Pressure plate can be removed without tools. Locking handle with plastic attachment. Application: For clamping and strutting round, oval and angular items. Clamping force up to 12 kN.

Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket made of heat-treatable steel in precision-casting process, heat-treated and galvanised zinc-plated. The smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted and burnished trapezoidal thread is protected from spatter. Pressure plate made of high-quality and burnished cast iron, with prism, can be pivoted up to 30°. With removable end-stop for quick resetting of the mobile bracket for strutting. With inserted locking handle. Application: Ideally suited for assembly and welding work in narrow openings, on short projec- tions and in the smallest spaces. Clamping force up to 7.5 kN.
