High-performance clamp

Design: Slide bracket made of forged tempered steel for maximum safety at high loads. Tool-free removable end-stop for quick repositioning the slide bracket for spreading or to exchange for other slide bracket variations on a modular basis. Wear-resistant, heat-treated spindle. Heat resistant special pressure plate, swivelling up to 35°. For jaw span 3000 mm, optionally with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert for extremely long life due to excellent sliding and fail-safe properties. Application: For clamping and spreading with high clamping forces and large jaw spans over the entire range of metal and wood working. Clamping force up to 6.5 kN up to jaw span 2000 mm and up to 9 kN for span 3000 mm.

Design: C-shape, made of quality steel, drop-forged and zinc-plated. Spindle burnished, with trapezoidal thread and mobile pressure plate. With inserted locking handle. Application: Predominantly in the metal and steel construction industries; very high clamping forces possible thanks to low projection and the solid construction. Clamping force up to 22 kN.
