CNC precision chuck for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation

Design: DIN 69871, Form AD/B. Short design with central coolant supply, modular design. Taper to DIN 254. Clamping (using a hex spanner) considerably increases clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. At the same time, this secures the chuck against becoming loose during anti-clockwise rotation or being quickly decelerated from higher speeds. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Balancing quality: G6.3 25000 min -1 . Concentricity: 0.02 mm. Application: To nest tools with a cylindrical shank with internal cooling.
