Weldon system surface clamping chuck

Design: DIN 2080, Form A, made of alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm 2 and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper according to DIN 254. Taper angle: Tolerance AT3. Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm. Bore tolerance: H5. Concentricity: < 0.01 mm. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC. Application: To nest tools with cylindrical shank and lateral driving plane in accordance with DIN 1835-B and DIN 6353 HB. Scope of delivery: Face chuck with integrated clamping screw, from ∅ 25 mm with two clamping screws.
