Centric vice - mechanical

Design: Low, sturdy design, body made from special cast iron. The interchangeable and reversible jaws are hardened, ground and burnished, one of the jaws is smooth and the other comes with longitudinal and transverse prisms. The jaws are mechanically adjusted and the hand crank is used to bridge the whole clamping range. The spindle is covered and thus protected from dirt and chips. With centric clamping, the lateral guides allow for easy and precise arrangement of the vice. Application: For milling and planing all types of moulds, slots and grooves. The centric clamping makes it possible to use with various workpiece widths without affecting the central position of the workpieces. Note: Rotary plate (Order No. 3831 Ç 3/134). Replacement jaws (Order No. 3840, 3841 and 3842 Ç 3/137).

Universal rotary plate

Design: With ground contact edge and graduation. The vice is fixed on the rotary plate by means of T-slot screws and T-nuts. Application: For centric vice (Order No. 3828). Scope of delivery: Rotary plate with the necessary T-slot screws and nuts.

Design: Body and jaws made of steel, hardened (60 HRC) and ground. The tolerance range is within 0.02 mm. Draw-down jaws also lockable. Fastening is done by grid holes or jaws. Application: For use on machining centres and machine tools with high working accuracy. Note: Rotary plate upon request.
