Design: Mechanical, hydraulic drive with hand crank. Body made of steel, with homogeneously drop-forged stationary jaw. All wear parts, especially jaw guides, are hardened and ground. The slim design allows space-saving clamping side by side. Exact ±0.01 mm height adjustment upon customer request. Blocking device for pre-clamping of workpieces. Self-retightening action in the hydraulic unit by built- in disc springs. With ground-side, lateral or face-side clamping (face-side clamping with support angle). A gas spring secures the unlocked jaw against falling down. Rapid adjustment of the clamping range via locking pin. The short design of the movable jaw (made of steel) allows a reduced overall length even by max. clamping width. Additional stepped or special form jaws (see accessories) can be fixed on the top of the stationary and movable jaws. Robust of the movable jaw flat bed guide. NC compact clamping system

Design: With mechanical/mechanical clamping system. The workpiece support surfaces are hardened and ground on the cast-iron NC compact clamping system. With a stationary and a movable stepped jaw, reversible, hardened and ground. With clamping surfaces for clamping jaws and stable chip protection, prevents chips from penetrating the interior of the body. Turning the clamping jaws extends the clamping range. Application: Ideal for use on milling machines and machining centres. Scope of delivery: NC compact clamping system with stepped jaws.
