NC compact clamp FKS, mechanical/mechanical

Design: Clamping system mechanical/mechanical with power transmitter, manually operated. The stable steel base body and all guides have been hardened and ground on all sides, all clamping slides with cross grooves are hardened on all sides and the functional surfaces ground. The drive spindle is provided with pre-setting of clamping force. With clamping surfaces for clamping jaws and stable chip protection, prevents chips from penetrating the interior of the body. All wear-prone guides and the spindle thread can be greased using grease nipples mounted on both sides. Turning the clamping jaws extends the clamping range. Application: Ideal for use on machining centres. Can be clamped base side. Scope of delivery: NC compact clamping system with a stationary and a movable stepped jaw. Note: For clamping jaws and T-nut set see (Order No. 3851 Ç 3/138). For suitable hand crank see (Order No. 3856 Ç 3/137).

Turning the clamping jaws extends the clamping range. Application: Ideal for use on machining centres. Note: Horizontal, lateral and vertical (when combined with a base plate) clamping possible, for example as DUO clamping tower (back to back).

Design: Clamping system mechanical/mechanical with power transmitter, manually operated, short, compact design. The sturdy steel base body and all guides are hardened and ground. With stable chip protection, tension and large clamping range. The workpiece 0-point is located on the operator side. The RKE-LV enables precisely accurate positioning and minimum machining times. No displacement of the movable top jaw. Turning the clamping jaws extends the clamping range.

Application: Ideal for use on machining centres. Collision-free 5-side processing in one clamp. Scope of delivery: NC compact clamping system RKE_LV with a stationary and a movable WZR stepped jaw.
