Screw paste

Design: The paste, which is based on mineral grease, has a synergistically acting combination of highly effective, white solid lubricants. It is heat- resistant and water washout resistant (water washout test to DIN 51807, T.2; loss of grease after 1 hr./37.8 °C = 1.4 %). Application: Used to lubricate frequently handled screws/nuts in clamping devices. This particularly when aggressive cooling lubricants are being used. Non-lubricated (dry) screw connection are subjected to high friction forces (reduction of tension force) and rapid wear when frequently tightened. AMF screw paste enhances the achievable tension force through optimal sliding characteristics and is gentle on material (longer service life).

Design: DIN 787. The T-slot guide is milled, stamped with strength grade. Forged and rolled thread. Material: M6 -M12 tempered to strength grade 10.9. M14-M24 tempered to strength grade 8.8. Scope of delivery: Screw with nut (Order No. 3906 Ç 3/151) and washer (Order No. 3909 Ç 3/152).
