Set of parallel pads

Design: Case-hardened (hardness 600–700 HV10) and precision ground in pairs. Machined plane-parallel and true to angle. Pair tolerance ±0.01 mm. Delivered in wooden stand. Application: Parallel pads are used as supports for workpieces during various different processes, and help to guarantee parallel clamping.

Precision parallel guide, pair

Design: Case-hardened and height-ground in pairs acc. to pair tolerance IT 5. Nominal dimension tolerance in height in line with DIN ISO 2768m, h7 in the width; other dimensions in accordance with DIN ISO 2768. Application: Preferably for smaller up to medium sized machines. They are adapted in their thickness to machine T-slots with tolerance H 8. One pair of these guides is placed in a machine slot so that the workpieces can be quickly aligned parallel to the table. Can additionally be used as parallels for machine T-slots. Note: Several even pairs are available upon request for an additional charge.

Cover rail for T-slot

Design: Made of aluminium profile. Cutting to desired length is possible without any problems using a fine saw blade. Note: Cleaning the machine table groove no longer necessary. Before processing always cover the free slots with the cover strips. After processing, they can be removed easily.
