Edge clamp

Design: Spindle with trapezoidal thread, burnished. With bracket for fixing to all standard screw clamps with max. slide rail cross section 13 x 45 mm. With mobile pressure plate and wooden handle. Application: Easy gluing of head and edge strips (in connection with conventional vices). In addition, it is ideally suited to the stabilising of clamps with very large jaw widths.

Single-hand edge clamp

Design: Housing made of light, high-quality aluminium, handle made of plastic. Unique function with double spindle: the outer spindle moves the pressure jaws; the inner spindle moves the pressure plate. The pressure jaws and the pressure plate are mobile-mounted. Fixing of clamp and pressing on of edge occurs by activating the handle. Application: For fast, single-hand operation. As such, you always have one hand free to set or adjust the item.

Design: Upper part and rail drawn from one piece of quality steel. Slide made from break-proof zinc die casting. Plastic protective caps at upper and lower part to protect the workpiece. Fixed bracket in U-shape for overlapping clamping up to 20 mm. Application: Use for overlapping clamping in limited spaces. Clamping force up to 1.5 kN.

Application: Flexible clamping for gentle holding of workpieces. For high clamping forces up to 5 kN with low tool weight.

Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel. Mobile bracket made of forged, galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel, smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted, burnished trapezoidal thread, with wooden handle and mobile pressure plate.
