Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel. Mobile bracket made of forged, galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable

steel, smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted, burnished trapezoidal thread, and with mobile pressure plate. Application: Flexible clamping for gentle holding of workpieces. For high clamping forces with low tool weight.

With 2-component plastic handle, square-shaped for improved force transmission. Clamping force up to 5 kN. With ergonomic 2-component plastic handle. 20 % more clamping force per spindle rotation due to optimised rail profile. Greatest security due to linear force transmission at the new mobile bracket. Clamping force up to 6 kN. Turntables with radii from 80 mm can be swapped without tools.

Patented OMEGA bend provides a maximum of flexibility and security Clamping force is retained longer also with strong vibrations. Mobile bracket made of forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel. The smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted and burnished trapezoidal thread. The mobile pressure plate (order no. 5104) can be exchanged for the respective purpose without tools.

With ergonomic 2-component plastic handle. Application: Flexible clamping for the sensitive and very precise holding of items. The OMEGA bow ensures more accurate clamping pressure. For high clamping forces with low tool weight. Clamping force up to 5 kN.

Design: From galvanised quality steel. Supplied as 4 pieces in a polythene bag. Application: Workpiece-protected clamping of sensitive surfaces such as ceramic and polished workpieces. Can be quickly replaced without tools. Suitable for Bessey temper cast screw clamps

(order no. 5092, Ç 5/8), all steel screw clamps (order no. 5132, Ç 5/10) and order no. 5104 0030 continues to be suitable for high performance clamp combination clamp (order no. 5110, Ç 5/13).
