One-hand clamps/screw clamps

Design: Fixed bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of Special steel; warp-resistant. Newly designed, U-shaped mobile bracket made of forged heat-treatable steel. Greatest security due to linear force transmission at the new mobile bracket. Heat- resistant, high-performance pressure plate with large ball coupling, can be pivoted 35° and replaced, with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert. 20 % more clamping force per spindle rotation, due to optimised rail profile. Application: Especially for clamping forces up to 12 kN . As such, it can be used for all metal processing and in steel construction, as well as in woodworking.

Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket made of forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel; smooth-running spindle with rolled, strain-hardened and phosphate- treated trapezoidal thread. Heat-resistant, high-performance pressure plate with large ball coupling, can be pivoted up to 35° and replaced, with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert. With inserted lever grip and hexagon to clamp with spanner, socket wrench, torque wrench or ratchets. Application: Particularly suitable for clamping forces to 22 kN . As such, it can be used for all metal processing and in steel construction.
