High performance clamp

Design: Slide bracket made of forged tempered steel for maximum safety at high loads. Tool-free removable end-stop for quick repositioning the slide bracket for spreading or to exchange for other slide bracket variations on a modular basis. Wear-resistant, heat- treated spindle. Heat resistant special pressure plate, swivelling up to 35°. For jaw span 3000 mm, optionally with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert for extremely long life due to excellent sliding and fail-safe properties.

Application: For clamping and spreading with high clamping forces and large jaw spans over the entire range of metal and wood working. Clamping force up to 6.5 kN up to jaw span 2000 mm and up to 9 kN for span 3000 mm.

Design: With clamping mechanism located outside the working area. Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel; mobile bracket made of heat-treatable steel in precision-casting process, heat- treated and galvanised zinc-plated. The smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted and burnished trapezoidal thread is protected from spatter. Pressure plate made of high-quality and burnished cast with prism, pivots to 30°. With removable end-stop for quick resetting of the mobile bracket for strutting. With pushed-through T-handle.

Application: Particularly for installation and welding works in small openings, at short protrusions and the smallest of space. Clamping force up to 7.5 kN.
