NC machine reamer

Design: HSS-E, dimensions similar to 212. Centring up to ∅ 3.70 mm on both sides with 90° full point, above with inner centring, with straight shank ∅ for standardised mounting in hydraulic expansion chucks and high accuracy chucks. The clamping accuracy is significantly improved due to the narrow tolerance of the shanks. With cylinder shank, tolerance h6. Bright surface. Reamer manufacturing tolerances: – full diameter and 1/10 mm dimensions H7, – 1/100 mm dimensions of ∅ 1.01 to 5.03 mm 0.00/+0.004 mm, over ∅ 5.03 mm 0.00/+0.005 mm. Application: For reaming through holes, because of the short trim cut (from 3.8 mm) conditionally suitable for reaming blind holes.
