Thread measuring inserts

Design: Made of wear-resistant special steel, hardened. With cylindrical mounting shank and retainer ring which allows free rotation inside the bore of measuring spindle and anvil. Supplied in pairs with rear sight and cone. Note: For inclinations 0.20–0.45 mm the rear sight overbridges 3 gears. Setting therefore with thread adjustment pins, otherwise with dimensions adjustments.

Digital outside micrometer for measuring inserts

Design: Measuring spindle and anvil rustproof, fully hardened and ground, carbide reinforced, chrome-plated steel bracket, advance ratchet stop, quick drive and thermal protection. Digit height of the LCD display 8.5 mm, protection in acc. with IP 65, data output via radio transmission (with optional transmitter module) RS 232, Digimatic and USB. With mounting shaft for measuring inserts 3.5 mm. Supplied with battery CR 2032, 3 V, in case. Functions: On and automatic off switch, mm/inch switching, automatic switching by means of turning the drum, key lock set for zero position, re-zeroing after switching deleted (absolute system), ABS (switching from relative to absolute measurement), reset (zeroing) possible at each position, ± pre-set function (setting a numerical value). Note: Replacement battery: (Order No. 4026 2032, Ç 4/13). Radio receiver (Order No. 4942 0030, Ç 4/129). Transmitter module for e-Stick (Order No. 4942 0040, Ç 4/130).
