Design: Hardened, precision-ground and lapped, with smooth and cylindrical clamping shank. Clamping shank and feeler head are spring-connected. Supplied in plastic case. Application: For aligning workpiece surfaces or edges to an accuracy of 0.01 mm. This facilitates taking up the zero line. Spindle speed approx. 600 min -1 .

Edge finder with indicator light

Design: Sensing accuracy 0.01 mm, hardened and precision ground, with luminous red LED display.

Application: For measurements on drilling and milling machines, machining centres, for external and internal centring. The indicator lights up on touching the workpiece edge. The zero line is reached allowing for stylus sphere radius. The stylus can be used with standing or rotating spindle. The resiliently mounted ball folds away on passing the workpiece edge so as to avoid damage to the stylus. Supplied: Edge finder including battery.
