Edge finder/workpiece stops

Edge finder with indicator light and acoustic signal

Design: Hardened and precision ground, with luminous red LED display. Supplied in plastic case. Application: For measurements on drilling and milling machines as well as machining centres to an accuracy of 0.01 mm. For external and internal centring work. The indicator lights up on touching the workpiece edge and a signal will sound. The zero line is reached allowing for stylus sphere radius. The stylus can be used with standing or rotating spindle. The resiliently mounted ball folds away on passing the workpiece edge so as to avoid damage to the stylus. Supplied: Edge finder including battery.

Design: The workpiece stop consists of extremely stable aluminium structure and is steplessly adjustable in 5 axes quickly and flexibly. The workpiece stop can be multiple combined using the additionally available combination element. Application: Among others, the workpiece stop serves as versatile instrument for positioning on processing machines or for assembly work. Supplied: Workpiece stop with T-nut M8 x 12 and hex spanner.

ESSET 5-dimensional stop system

Design: Body made of anodised aluminium, clamping lever made of plastic-coated zinc die casting. The stop is based on the modular design principle and is steplessly rotatable and sliding in 5 axes. Several units can be combined. With 2-step adjustment mechanism and one stop plate to be used as internal stop (grooves, etc.). Application: Can be used for many machining operations on drilling and milling machines. Can be uses as internal and external stop. Can be combined with double stop (Order No. 3955 0020) as multiple system design, so that several units can be bundled together. Hook, ball or fork stop heads can also be manufactured for special conditions.
