Zero adjuster

Design: From hardened steel, with elastic touch surface. Application: To determine workpiece surface positions or tool lengths in Z direction on lathes or milling machines. The device is placed onto the workpiece. Using the machine spindle, the cutting tool, e.g. milling cutter, is then moved on the touch surface until the pointer is at zero on the dial gauge. The distance from the cutting tool to the workpiece is now precisely 50 mm, thereby the blades are not damaged when measuring. Supplied: Zero setter with dial gauge.

Marking tool

Design: High-quality guides and robust special needle. Infinite adjustment via a knurled nut on a scale of 0–15 mm. Optimally suitable for small and medium batch sizes. Mounting in 20 mm collets or Weldon mount. Application: For identifying various materials such as aluminium, titanium, steel, bronze, etc. Note: External cooling while marking is recommended. Marking needles are not included in the scope of supply.
