Machine vice - mechanical

Design: Body and jaws made of hardened steel (60 HRC) and ground. The tolerance range is within 0.02 mm. Draw-down jaws also lockable. Fastening is done by grid holes or jaws. Application: For use on machining centres and machine tools with high working accuracy. Note: Rotation plate upon request.

Design: Mechanical, hydraulic drive with hand crank. Steel body, with uniform drop-forged, fixed jaw. All parts prone to wear, especially jaw guides, are hardened and ground. The slim design allows space- saving clamping side by side. Exact ±0.01 mm height adjustment upon customer request. Blocking device for pre-clamping of workpieces. Self-retightening action in the hydraulic unit by built-in disc springs. Can be clamped base side, lateral or front side (front side clam- ping with bracing angle). A gas spring stops the unlocked jaw from dropping. Quick adjustment of the clamping range via locking pin. The short design of the movable jaw (made of steel) allows a reduced ove- rall length even at max. clamping width. Additional stepped or special form jaws (see accessories) can be fixed on the top of the stationary and movable jaws. Robust flat guidance of the movable jaw. The drive spindle is protected against dirt and chips. Application: For universal use on milling machines and machining centres. Note: Form jaws and angle drive upon request.
