Centric vice - mechanical

Design: Low, sturdy design, body made from special cast iron. The interchangeable and reversible jaws are hardened, ground and burni- shed, one of the jaws is smooth and the other comes with longitudinal and transverse prisms. The jaws are mechanically adjusted and the hand crank is used to bridge the whole clamping range. The spindle is covered and thus protected from dirt and chips. With central clam- ping, the lateral guides enable simple and and exact vice alignment. Application: For milling and planing of forms, slots and grooves of all kinds. Different widths of workpieces are possible without influen- cing the workpiece centre position thanks to central clamping. Note: Rotation plate (Order No. 3830 Ç 3/124). Replacement jaws (Order No. 3840, 3841 and 3842 Ç 3/126).

Universal rotation plate

Design: With ground contact edge and graduation. The vice is fixed on the rotation plate by means of T-slot screws and T-nuts. Application: For centric vices (Order no. 3828). Supplied: Rotation plate with the necessary T-slot screws and nuts.
