Machine vice – mechanical/hydraulic

Design: Steel body, all parts prone to wear are hardened and ground. With rapid adjustment of the clamping range by repositioning the locking pin. High and safe clamping force, great repeat accuracy due to constant clamping force during each clamping process. Robust and maintenance-free spindle, self-retightening action in the hydraulic unit by built-in disc springs. Pre-setting of clamping force with blocking device for mechanical pre-clamping of workpiece stacks, self-locking power transmission. Quick-change, reasonably priced hydraulic unit. Application: For use on machining centres and machine tools with high working accuracy. Note: Replacement jaws (Order No. 3840, 3841 and 3842 Ç 3/126).
