Clamping solutions such as the embossing method are fully responding to current trends. In the process, a mark is being embossed onto the workpiece in an embossing station. Special embossing jaws grip exactly into these small recesses on the clamping action into the

vice. Exactly this very effect the innovative RÖHM claw jaws offer. Yet using this technology, your goals will be achieved even faster and more cost-effectively. Because ‘embossing’and clamping are carried out in one single processing step –and you can spare an embossing station.

Design: With hardened claw tips. Thus the clamping forces are incre- ased by factor 3–5 in contrast to standard jaws and 5-side machining is enabled in one clamping. This results in less loss of material on the workpiece, shorter machining times as well as shortened production and costs per piece. Application: Can be used for manual or hydraulic clamping of un- machined and sawn parts on vices. Universally usable by screwing onto the RÖHM NC compact clamping system. Clever alternative to stamping. Sets of claw jaws for NC compact clamping systems.
