Precision workpiece support bar Cliparc

Design: The precision pads with Cliparc- System remain during machining and on opening the machine vice in the position you set. Thus, no time-consuming repositioning is required and laborious assembling of parallels is no longer needed. Supplied in wooden case. Parallelism < 0.005 mm. Application: Set the Cliparc clamp clips into the precision pads and click them into place on the vice. No mounting tools necessary. Suitable for FKS, RKG-L, RKE-L, RKE, RKE-LV and RKZ-M designs. Supplied: Set with 10 different parallels and 4 clamp clips.

Design: Body and jaws made of alloy tool steel, hardened and precision ground. The stationary jaw is smooth, the movable jaw with horizontal ground prism and quick adjustment. Clamping and releasing through Allen key. With quick adjustment and draw-down effect. Side clamping surfaces for clamping jaws. Supplied in a wooden case, without Allen key. Angularity: 100 mm = 0.005 mm, Parallelism : 100 mm = 0.002 mm. Application: For high working accuracy in precision grinding, milling, measuring and eroding. Note: Allen key is found on Ç 5/121.

No spindle which could e.g. foul during the erosion process. Supplied in wooden case, without Allen key. Angularity: 100 mm = 0.005 mm, Parallelism: 100 mm = 0.002 mm. Application: Mainly in tool-making on grinding, milling and engraving machines, on boring machines, for measuring and inspection work and for manufacturing activities that demand highest clamping accuracy. Note: Allen key is found on Ç 5/121.
