Attachment with rotatable ball

Design: Made of tempered steel, tempered, annealed in burnished finish. The ball is hardened. Application: This rugged element is suitable to support and align cast iron and forged workpieces.

Correction wedge

Design: Made of tempered ductile cast iron and steel, annealed in burnished finish. With 12 mm dia. centre hole. The correction wedge can easily be adjusted using normal manual force under 1/3 load of load capacity (F max.). The finely machined wedge surfaces allow smooth, sensitive adjustment, more precise than 1/10 mm, optionally by knurled thumb screw or hexagon screw driver. Precise vertical movements without lateral displacement are ensured thanks to the double wedge action. Application: For clamping delicate cast iron or forgings on large machine tools. There is also the possibility to place the correction wedge onto ‘heavy screw jacks’. This requires parallel pins DIN 6325 (12 x 30 mm). Supplied: Correction wedge with spherical adapter (Order no. 3930).
