Machine table clamp BS

Design: Rail and sliding bracket made of tempered steel, surface electrogalvanised, steel foot, drop forged, plastic coated steel lever. swivel-mounted and steplessly height-adjustable, with lever mechanism for rapid clamping and release. Application: For drilling machines and light milling work. Mounting on the machine table by means of a T-slot nut and Allen screw.

Compact clamp

Design: BAS Compact clamps ® excel in high clamping force and extremely compact design; their dimensions are 95 x 35 x 78 mm. This results in 30 % less surface and 50 % less space requirements at a clamping force of up to 16000 N. Housing and pressure arms are made of tempered stainless steel (42 CrMo4) and therefore have high inherent rigidity and are very durable. The worn gear ensures high clamping force. A special elastomer seal around the clamping arm protects the interior from fouling. The pressure pads are made of aluminium and provide optimal pressure distribution and smooth clamping. Handle recesses on both sides ensure optimal hold in any positioning.

Application: For rapid and safe clamping of workpieces on machine tools, plane-tables and in jig construction. Ideal for assembly, drilling, reaming, milling, grinding, honing, eroding, testing, etc. Note: For bridging large clamping heights, we recommend the clamping base unit BASO (Order No. 3952) and for rapid and safe clamping the T-bar spanner BASKN (Order no. 3953).
