Solid Carbide 4 Flute Necked End Mill with Corner Radius for Hard Machining

Design: Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type H, according to factory standard, 30°, Signum-coated, with centre cut. Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible. Application: Can be used for copy milling. The neck chip channel makes optimum tool range possible and thus makes it suitable for mould-making applications. The tool life increases with MQL or air cooling. The tool can either be used with a pivoted or straight spindle. Suitable for machining hardened materials up to 62 HRC . Note: Copy milling, cutting values preferred at ap = 0.1 x d 1 and ae = 0.5 x d 1 .
